Cheap, Easy, Healthy, and Good...

My mother in law has this great soup that is really easy to make and very health friendly not to mention cheap!
Combine 1 pkg. taco mix, 1 pkg ranch dressing mix, 1lb hamburger meat (coooked & drained), 1 can chopped tomatoes, 1 can mild rotel, 1 can corn (drained), 2 cans pinto beans, 2-3 cups water.  Simmer for 30 minutes or warm in crockpot.

(For those that care: 1 cup of soup is less than 2 pts. with Weight Watchers)

  1. Ooh this sounds great (and I eat alot of Progresso soups for lunch because they are only 1 ww point!), I will have to try this one. When you say taco soup mix, do you just mean the taco mix? I've never seen it called taco soup mix and wonder if that's a different thing?

  6. Hey Denise, Yes it is the regular taco mix. I'll have to edit that. Thanks for catching my mistake. It is really good!
