Ruffles in Nature

Sometimes firewood is to pretty to burn; even nature makes ruffles.  I found these little pretties on a few of our firewood pieces this weekend.  Sometimes I am just amazed by God's creations; he didn't have to make it pretty but he did and for that I'm thankful.

You might ask what are they as I did...this blog is really into them and explains it all.  Me, I just think they are pretty. Check out the other fun pictures over at Mosaic Mondays.
