Family Fun for when the electricity goes out...
Yesterday afternoon our lights went out due to a thunderstorm coming through our area. So I thought I would post some things you can do with the family when the lights go out.
Letter Writing
Coloring by candlelight for little ones.
Pull out your old board games like Candyland and Checkers.
Roast smores in the fireplace.

Read Books or have one adult read out loud to the whole group.
What do you do with your family when the lights go out?
When it is cold out and we have no electricity at night, we like to make pallets for everyone and all sleep in the living room by the fire! My girls look forward to it.
